Why is this project one of my faves?

This was my first major project at Zulu Alpha Kilo in Toronto, and my first crack at developing an integrated channel strategy for a major brand. Not to mention, the thrill of orchestrating a production at the peak of a mountain in the Canadian Rockies.

I was able to really hone in on my strategic planning skills for this campaign, leading an integrated agency process, including creative, media and PR. Through leaning on my reporting and KPI setting skills, we developed a channel strategy that blew all of Audi Canada’s benchmarks out of the water once the campaign launched.

What role did I play?

Account Supervisor - Zulu Alpha Kilo

Once a coordinator, always a coordinator.
This project was a labour of love for both myself and the agency, there were so many moving parts, a million intricate details. It was imperative to have a sound project manager with strategic insight to keep this beast moving. I employed processes to ensure that all parties were keeping in contact throughout the duration of the project on a regular basis, creating opportunity for action at every touch point. I worked directly with Strategic teams to develop an immersive digital channel strategy, developed a bi-weekly reporting template designed in a manner to learn and pivot immediately.

How did I add value to the project?

Coordinator.
With countless competing projects on the agency’s docket, I made sure that this project was always prioritised and never left behind.
